I worked for Pappas Restaurants for 20 years. During that time I worked my way up from a Hostess to an Office Administrator and then to a System Administrator position with the Corporate Office.
While working with the Bookkeeping aspects of my position as an Office Administrator, I found a passion. I found that I loved numbers and was fascinated with financial information. I truly enjoyed my monthly financial meeting with the General Manager, because I liked helping him plan and make changes depending on how the store had performed that month.
